Shipping
Shipping will take place from September including an individual tracking link. As the Advent calendar is packed for you externally by a partner, the delivery date may differ from our standard processing time and we will inform you of the exact shipping date.
Returns
You have two days from the order date to cancel the Advent calendar, change the address or make adjustments. After that, no more changes are possible.
The PURELEI Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. A return is only possible within 14 days of receipt, complete and intact. If this is not the case, we will send the calendar back to the person who sent it. The Advent calendar can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Klarna:
If you have selected “Klarna - purchase on account” as your payment method and your order is placed between September 1st and 15th, you have 60 days to pay your invoice. From 16.09. the regular payment term of 30 days applies. Please note that the payment term at Klarna is set to 30 days in the checkout, although it is increased to 60 days in the period from 01-15 September.
