2. Collect LEI points
Each order generates LEI points: €1 = 10 LEI points. There are additional activities to be completed that earn you points.
3. Redeem LEI points and enjoy your benefits
Receive discounts on your orders or exchange collected LEI points for free jewelry.

What is the PURELEI Loyalty Program?

We would like to thank you for your loyalty with our free customer loyalty program. You can earn LEI points for various activities, such as purchases, or by referring friends. As your LEI points increase, you can level up. You can redeem your collected LEI points for vouchers, for example.
Is membership free of charge?

Yes, your PURELEI Loyalty membership is free. Our program is an offer from us to give something back to our customers.
How can I register?

If you already have an account with us, you are automatically a PURELEI Loyalty Member. When you create a new account, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of becoming a Loyalty Member.
What do “approved”, “pending” and “rejected” LEI points mean?
- Approved: These LEI points can be redeemed immediately.
- Pending: These LEI points need to be approved before you can redeem them. This generally applies to orders and referrals (inviting friends) and may take up to 14 days. If the status doesn’t change, please contact customer service.
- Rejected: These LEI points will not be credited to your account. This typically happens if you have canceled an order.
I would like to cancel/return an order. What happens to my LEI points?
- If you completely cancel an order, your LEI points for that order will be deducted.
- If only part of an order is canceled, you will retain your LEI points for the remaining items.
- If you used LEI points to pay, they will be credited back to your account for a full return.
- For partial returns, unfortunately, LEI points cannot be credited back. This also applies to any vouchers used.
Can I redeem my LEI points with an order?

At checkout, you have the option to proactively redeem your LEI points for your purchase. You can choose to use your LEI points starting from 1,000 points. The LEI points will then be converted into a voucher.

The redemption of LEI points is limited to a maximum of €8 per order.
Can I combine the vouchers from PURELEI Loyalty with promotional codes etc.?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine discount codes or vouchers from PURELEI Loyalty.
Do my LEI points expire?

Yes, unless you make another purchase within 365 days, your LEI points and your PURELEI Loyalty status will expire. Don't worry, we will inform you before your LEI points expire.
What is the maximum number of reviews I can write?

You can write a maximum of 3 reviews per day. It takes 1-2 days for your LEI points to be approved
