When does the presale take place?
A presale for all Mahina Club subscribers and app customers will take place on May 30 from 9 am to 7:59 pm. Shop your favorites at attractive prices even before the official start of the summer sale.
Can I cancel my sale orders?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
Shipping time for sale
Please note that sales promotions and certain products or collections may take longer to process and deliver.
Do sold-out items come back in during the sale?
During the summer sale, some jewelry items will be restocked. You can sign up for the notification list for your desired product in the store. You will then be informed by e-mail as soon as the piece of jewelry is available again.
Can I redeem my voucher during the sale?
Yes, you can use vouchers for orders during the sale.
Can discount codes be used in the sale?
General discount codes can generally only be applied to items that are not reduced. The Mahina Club and gift cards are also excluded.
