Conditions pour les chèques-cadeaux

§1 General

(1) The following voucher conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of digital or physical gift vouchers purchased in our internet shop at www.purelei.com. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PURELEI GmbH (PURELEI) shall apply in addition to the voucher conditions.

In particular, the customer is entitled to the right of revocation in accordance with the revocation instructions. In the event of timely revocation, the voucher credit will be refunded using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction. A return or exchange after the expiry of the revocation period is no longer possible.

(3) In the event of loss, theft or loss of data after the purchase of the gift voucher, there is no claim against PURELEI for replacement or issuance of a new gift voucher. This risk is borne by the holder of the gift voucher.

§2 Purchase of the gift voucher

(1) The gift vouchers can be purchased in the internet shop at www.purelei.com. Physical gift vouchers are available with the following credits: € 25, € 50, € 75, € 100 and € 150; digital gift vouchers are available with the following credits: € 25, € 50, € 75, € 100, € 150, € 500. Notwithstanding the above, the amount cannot be freely chosen. A maximum of 5 gift vouchers per amount can be purchased per order.

(2) A discount code cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift voucher.

(3) The physical gift voucher will be sent to the customer by post to the address given during the ordering process after the order has been placed. Delivery costs may be incurred for shipping. These are indicated in the price details in the PURELEI online shop. The digital gift voucher will be sent to the customer by e-mail after the order has been placed to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

§3 Redemption of the gift voucher

(1) Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop at www.purelei.com and are valid for the entire range of products offered except for the Mahina Club. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers.

(2) The voucher is redeemed by entering the voucher code in the "Discount code or voucher" field during the order process.

(3) There is no minimum order value. The voucher can be used until the credit is completely used up. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of order.

(4) Several gift vouchers can be redeemed for one order. To do this, enter the codes one after the other in the "Discount code or voucher" field. The gift vouchers can be combined with a discount code. The respective discount conditions apply to the redemption of the discount code.

(5) If the credit of the gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the purchase can be completed with another payment method available according to the GTC.

(6) Subsequent redemption of the gift voucher on orders already placed is not possible.

(7) The redemption of the voucher takes place against goods. Cash payment of the voucher credit or transfer to another gift voucher is not possible. Likewise, no interest is paid on the voucher credit.

(8) In the case of an exclusive payment with voucher credit, in the event of a return of an item or the entire order, the corresponding amount will be refunded again in the form of a voucher. The customer will receive the amount in the form of a digital gift voucher after a successful return. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher continues to apply.

(9) If the order was paid for both with voucher credit and with another means of payment, a refund in the amount of the voucher credit used will be made in the form of a digital gift voucher if an item or the entire order is returned. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher will still apply. The amount paid with the other means of payment will be refunded to the corresponding means of payment used.

Conditions de participation

• La participation est gratuite.
• Sont autorisées à participer les personnes physiques de plus de 18 ans disposant d'une adresse postale valide.
• La participation avec de fausses identités ou avec des identités de tiers n'est pas autorisée. 
• Les collaborateurs/collaboratrices de PURELEI GmbH et leurs proches sont exclus de la participation.
• La participation via des associations de jeux-concours, des services de participation ou d'inscription ou des participations automatisées est exclue. 
• Chaque participant(e) ne peut participer au jeu-concours qu'une seule fois par adresse électronique.
• Pour participer au jeu-concours, il est nécessaire que le participant s'inscrive au jeu-concours pendant la durée du jeu-concours via le lien suivant https://fr.purelei.com/pages/calendrier-avent-pre-sale avec un nom et une adresse e-mail valides. 
• Aucun achat de produit n'est nécessaire pour participer au jeu-concours.
• Le concours débute le dimanche 31 juillet 2022 et se termine le jeudi 1er septembre à 17h00.
• Prix : le prix est un calendrier de l’Avent PURELEI en or, argent ou or rose. La couleur peut être choisie par le/la gagnant(e). Un total de 10 calendriers de l’Avent sera tiré au sort. 
• Si la couleur souhaitée n'est pas disponible, PURELEI se réserve le droit de sélectionner la couleur et d'envoyer au gagnant/à la gagnante un calendrier de l'Avent dans une autre couleur.
• Un changement de couleur après la réception du calendrier est exclu.
• Le retour n'est possible que si le sceau de qualité est intact.
• Le tirage au sort aléatoire du gagnant/de la gagnante aura lieu le 01/09/2022 à 18h00.
• Le gagnant/la gagnante sera informé(e) par e-mail.
• Si le gagnant/la gagnante ne se manifeste pas dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrables, le prix sera tiré au sort une nouvelle fois et le droit au prix expirera.
• Si le gain ne peut pas être attribué en raison d'informations erronées fournies par le/la participant(e), le droit au gain du/de la participant(e) s'éteint.
• PURELEI est en droit d'exclure certaines personnes de la participation ou du tirage au sort s'il existe des motifs justifiés, comme par exemple une violation des présentes conditions de participation, une manipulation, etc.

Conditions de participation au concours : GOLDEN TICKET CALENDRIER DE L'AVENT

Conditions de Participation
Le jeu-concours est organisé par PURELEI GmbH (ci-après dénommé "PURELEI"). Il n'est pas affilié à des fournisseurs tiers et n'est en aucun cas parrainé, soutenu ou organisé par eux.
Seules les personnes physiques âgées de 18 ans et plus et disposant d'une adresse postale valide peuvent participer.
Il est interdit de participer sous de fausses identités ou sous celles de tiers.
Les employés de PURELEI GmbH et leurs proches sont exclus de la participation.
La participation via des clubs de jeux-concours, des services d'inscription ou des participations automatisées est interdite.
Pour participer à la victoire d'un Golden Ticket, il faut soit acheter le Calendrier de l'Avent PURELEI 2023 via la boutique en ligne PURELEI, soit envoyer une vidéo de candidature à info@purelei.com avant le 15 septembre 2023.
La date de début est le vendredi 01/09/2023 et la date de fin est le mercredi 15/11/2023 à 23h59.
Dans le cadre du tirage au sort, trois (3) Golden Tickets seront mis à disposition. Chacun de ces billets donnent droit au détenteur et à un accompagnateur à un voyage de sept jours à Hawaï. Le prix comprend les billets d'avion pour deux personnes ainsi que l'hébergement sur place. De plus, le prix comprend une activité locale spécifiée, par exemple, un vol en hélicoptère, ou une autre activité d'une valeur comparable. Tous les détails et conditions supplémentaires seront à convenir séparément.
Pour les acheteurs du Calendrier de l'Avent PURELEI 2023, les gagnants sont identifiés en trouvant directement un Golden Ticket dans le Calendrier de l'Avent. Ces billets sont distribués au hasard dans les calendriers et peuvent être trouvés par les acheteurs à différents moments pendant la période de vente du Calendrier de l'Avent. Pour les participants qui ont pris part en envoyant une vidéo de candidature, un tirage au sort distinct sera effectué après la fin de la période de participation.
Les acheteurs qui trouvent un Golden Ticket dans leur calendrier de l'Avent reconnaissent immédiatement leur gain en ouvrant la porte du calendrier correspondant. Les gagnants ayant participé en soumettant une vidéo de candidature seront informés par e-mail dans les 14 jours ouvrables suivant le tirage au sort du 16 novembre 2023.
En cas de découverte d'un Golden Ticket, le détenteur est prié de contacter immédiatement le service client de PURELEI GmbH pour recevoir des informations détaillées et des instructions concernant le rachat du service de voyage.
Pour fournir le prix, les données personnelles du gagnant seront demandées par e-mail.
Si le prix ne peut être attribué en raison d'informations incorrectes du participant, le droit du participant au prix est annulé.
PURELEI se réserve le droit d'exclure certaines personnes de la participation ou du tirage au sort pour des raisons valables, telles qu'une violation de ces termes de participation, une manipulation, etc.

Nell'ambito della estrazione, verranno resi disponibili un totale di tre (3) cosiddetti Golden Tickets. Ogni biglietto dà diritto al titolare e a un accompagnatore a un viaggio di sette giorni alle Hawaii. Il premio include biglietti aerei per due persone e alloggio in loco. Inoltre, il premio include un'attività locale specificata, ad esempio, un giro in elicottero, o un'attività alternativa di valore comparabile. Tutti gli ulteriori dettagli e condizioni verranno concordati separatamente.
Per gli acquirenti del Calendario dell'Avvento PURELEI 2023, i vincitori vengono identificati trovando direttamente un Golden Ticket nel Calendario dell'Avvento. Questi biglietti sono distribuiti a caso nei calendari e possono essere trovati dagli acquirenti in momenti diversi durante il periodo di vendita del Calendario dell'Avvento. Gli acquirenti che trovano un Golden Ticket nel loro Calendario dell'Avvento riconosceranno immediatamente la loro vincita all'apertura della porta del calendario corrispondente. I vincitori che hanno partecipato inviando un video di candidatura saranno notificati via e-mail entro 14 giorni lavorativi dopo l'estrazione del 16 novembre 2023.
In caso di ritrovamento di un Golden Ticket, il titolare è tenuto a contattare immediatamente il servizio clienti di PURELEI GmbH per ricevere informazioni dettagliate e istruzioni riguardanti il riscatto del servizio di viaggio.
Per fornire il premio, verranno richiesti i dati personali del vincitore via e-mail.
Se il premio non può essere assegnato a causa di informazioni errate fornite dal partecipante, il diritto del partecipante al premio decade.
PURELEI si riserva il diritto di escludere singoli individui dalla partecipazione o dall'estrazione per motivi validi, come una violazione di questi termini di partecipazione, manipolazione, ecc.
Clausola di riserva: PURELEI si riserva il diritto di terminare il concorso in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso, ad esempio, per motivi tecnici (virus nel sistema informatico, manipolazione o errori hardware e/o software) o motivi legali se non può essere garantita una corretta esecuzione del concorso.
PURELEI non si assume alcuna responsabilità per problemi o interruzioni tecnici.
Non è possibile la conversione del premio in denaro contante.
La via legale è esclusa.
Si applica la legge della Repubblica Federale Tedesca. Se una clausola di questi termini e condizioni è inefficace, l'efficacia delle altre clausole rimane inalterata.
