Coming soon: PURELEI Store in Munich

Since we closed our PURELEI Pop-up Store in Mannheim back in 2022, loads has happened. We've scoured plenty of spots in different cities, and guess where we landed? The stunning city of Munich, that's where! After months of planning, organizing, brainstorming, and construction works, we're nearly there: Get ready to soak up the unique vibe of PURELEI in a sweet 150-square-meter space.

Aloha Beata, vielen Dank für Dein Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Karte nicht akzeptiert wurde. Die Problematik tritt leider bei bestimmten Kreditinstituten auf. Hallo zusammen, meine Tochter und ich wollten kürzlich in diesem schönen Geschäft Schmuck kaufen. Leider wurden nicht alle Karten akzeptiert, und es gab keine Möglichkeit, bar zu bezahlen. Das fanden wir sehr schade und waren deshalb sehr enttäuscht. Viele Grüße Beata Eden

Ein Besuch im Store der mir in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Nach einer Unstimmigkeit wegen technischer Probleme bei der Terminbuchung für ein Infinite Bracelet hat sich die Store Managerin im Münchner Store am Freitag so kundenorientiert, freundlich und zuvorkommend um mich als Kundin gekümmert, dass dies wirklich positiv hervorzuheben ist. Auf diesem Weg möchte ich mich also auch bedanken für dieses positive Einkaufserlebnis und ein Armband das mich nun stetig daran erinnert. Ich wünsche es der Store Managerin, dass sie vom Purelei Team gesehen wird und klar ist, wie sehr sie für Ihren Beruf und die brand brennt und mit welcher Hingabe sie ihren Job ausführt.
