PURELEI Mahina Club Gold - 12 month subscription

1) WHAT IS THE MAHINA CLUB?
The Mahina Club is a jewellery subscription: the subscribers receive an exclusive package with selected PURELEI accessories made of stainless steel every month. You pay € 312 once and then receive products worth at least € 840 per month for twelve months. Shipping is free within Germany!

2) HOW DOES THE 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION OF THE MAHINA CLUB WORK?
Put the Mahina Club in the color of your choice in the shopping cart. There you can choose between PayPal and credit card as a payment method.
The amount will now be deducted from your account in the next few days and the shipment will then take place after 3-7 working days.
In the next month, the dispatch will take place again after 3-7 working days.
If you want to change your color, you can do this in your customer account.

3) HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MAHINA CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?
The Mahina Club subscription must be canceled before the 28th of the last of your three months. You just have to log into our website under “Account” and end your subscription. You will then receive a confirmation by email and your payment will be stopped automatically. If you do not cancel, the subscription will be extended for another three months at the same conditions.

4) CAN I RETURN THE MAHINA PACKAGE?
Since the package is limited and is put together exclusively for our subscribers, it cannot be exchanged.

The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively curated. Therefore, it is excluded from exchange and return rights.

This is also stated in our terms and conditions under §6 “Customer's right of withdrawal as a consumer.”

Of course, after your first Mahina Club order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the shipment within 14 days.

If your Mahina Club is defective, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

Il Mahina Club è un abbonamento mensile: gli abbonati ricevono ogni mese un pacchetto esclusivo con accessori PURELEI selezionati.
Paghi € 29,90 (39,90 CHF) al mese e ricevi i prodotti del valore di almeno 70 € (80 CHF) nel tuo Mahina Club. La spedizione avviene all'inizio di ogni mese ed è gratuita in Germania!

Se non viene effettuata alcuna ulteriore consegna, l'iscrizione al Mahina Club deve essere annullata entro il 28 del mese in corso desiderato come parte dell'abbonamento.
Devi semplicemente accedere al nostro sito web in "Account" e terminare l'abbonamento. Riceverai quindi una conferma via email e il pagamento verrà automaticamente interrotto.

Se l'abbonamento non viene annullato, continuerà normalmente e riceverai gioielli aggiuntivi nel mese successivo.

When will the Mahina Club be shipped?

Il tuo Mahina Club ti verrà inviato circa 7 giorni dopo l'addebito.
L'addebito mensile del pagamento avviene sempre il 2 di ogni mese.
Si prega di notare che viene addebitato il primo importo verrà inviato direttamente dopo aver completato l'abbonamento.Non appena Mahina Club sarà stato spedito, riceverai una conferma di spedizione e un numero di tracciamento.
Can I pause my subscription?

Con il nostro abbonamento al Mahina Club hai la possibilità di sospendere (pausa) per un mese o più mesi senza limiti;
Tieni presente che ciò è possibile solo per i mesi successivi.
Ciò significa che il tuo abbonamento verrà sospeso per il il mese prossimo, l'impostazione deve essere effettuata entro il 28 del mese corrente.
