PURELEI Mahina Club Gold - 6 month subscription

1) WHAT IS THE MAHINA CLUB?
The Mahina Club is a jewellery subscription: the subscribers receive an exclusive package with selected PURELEI accessories made of stainless steel every month. You pay € 162 once and then receive products worth at least € 420 per month for six months. Shipping is free within Germany!

2) HOW DOES THE 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION OF THE MAHINA CLUB WORK?
Put the Mahina Club in the color of your choice in the shopping cart. There you can choose between PayPal and credit card as a payment method.
The amount will now be deducted from your account in the next few days and the shipment will then take place after 3-7 working days.
In the next month, the dispatch will take place again after 3-7 working days.
If you want to change your color, you can do this in your customer account.

3) HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MAHINA CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?
The Mahina Club subscription must be canceled before the 28th of the last of your three months. You just have to log into our website under “Account” and end your subscription. You will then receive a confirmation by email and your payment will be stopped automatically. If you do not cancel, the subscription will be extended for another three months at the same conditions.

4) CAN I RETURN THE MAHINA PACKAGE?
Since the package is limited and is put together exclusively for our subscribers, it cannot be exchanged.

The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively curated. Therefore, it is excluded from exchange and return rights.

This is also stated in our terms and conditions under §6 “Customer's right of withdrawal as a consumer.”

Of course, after your first Mahina Club order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the shipment within 14 days.

If your Mahina Club is defective, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

What is the Mahina Club?

Le Mahina Club est un abonnement mensuel : les abonnés reçoivent chaque mois un paquet exclusif d'accessoires PURELEI sélectionnés.
Tu paies 29,90€ (39,90 CHF) par mois et tu reçois des produits d'une valeur minimale de 70€ (80 CHF) dans ton club Mahina. L'envoi a lieu au début de chaque mois et est gratuit en Allemagne !

L'adhésion au Mahina Club doit être résiliée avant le 28 du mois en cours pour le mois suivant, si aucune autre livraison n'est souhaitée dans le cadre de l'abonnement.
Il te suffit de te connecter à notre site web sous "Compte" et de mettre fin à ton abonnement. Tu recevras alors une confirmation par e-mail et le prélèvement du paiement sera automatiquement stoppé.

Si l'abonnement n'est pas résilié, il se poursuivra comme d'habitude et tu recevras d'autres bijoux le mois suivant.
Les méthodes de paiement sont Paypal et carte de crédit.

When will the Mahina Club be shipped?

Ton club Mahina te sera envoyé environ 7 jours après le prélèvement.
Le prélèvement mensuel du paiement a toujours lieu le 2 de chaque mois.
Note que le premier montant est prélevé directement après la souscription de l'abonnement. Dès que le Mahina Club est expédié, tu reçois une confirmation d'envoi ainsi qu'un numéro de suivi.
Can I pause my subscription?

Avec notre abonnement Mahina Club, tu as la possibilité d'arrêter (de mettre en pause) pendant un ou plusieurs mois, il n'y a pas de limite ici.
Note que cela n'est possible que pour les mois suivants.
Pour que ton abonnement soit suspendu pour le mois suivant, le paramètre avant le 28 du mois en cours se font.
