Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PURELEI GmbH, Glücksteinallee 43-45, 68163 Mannheim, Germany, e-mail: aloha@purelei.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (returns address: PURELEI GmbH, Dudenstraße 37-43, 68167 Mannheim, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the buyer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the buyer, nor to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntary 30-day return right
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary right of return in accordance with § 9 of our Terms and Conditions:
(1) Without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is granted a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the following provisions. With this right of return, the customer can release himself or herself from the contract without giving any reason even after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (see withdrawal instructions above) by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods).
(2) The voluntary right of return applies exclusively to new and unworn goods. Items that have already been worn or washed cannot be returned. The items must be returned in their complete original packaging. Any original label must be present. If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused.
(3) The voluntary right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, Advent calendars and items for which something else is expressly stipulated, to the Mahina Club, or to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded (see withdrawal instructions above).
(4) The customer bears the costs of returning the goods. The delivery note included in the shipment is not a return label. The completed delivery note must be enclosed with the return so that it can be processed. If a delivery note is missing, the customer's name, the order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return must be stated on a piece of paper.
(5) Different orders can be returned together; in this case, the pieces of jewelry in their respective packaging and all delivery notes or the pieces of paper referred to in paragraph (4) must be enclosed with the return. PURELEI Surprise Boxes, Influencer Boxes, PURELEI Fashion Boxes and jewelry sets must be returned in their entirety.
(6) No separate confirmation of receipt is sent when the returned goods arrive. As soon as the return has been processed, the customer receives a notification. Processing usually takes 10 days and may take longer during major sales promotions.
(7) Refunds are made to the account used for payment. For payments by PayPal, credit card or Apple Pay, the refund is made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. For purchases made with a gift voucher, a digital gift voucher is issued for the corresponding amount. Information on refunds for payments with Klarna is provided at the end of our Terms and Conditions (“Information on Klarna”).
(8) Until the statutory withdrawal period has expired, only the statutory conditions set out there apply. The voluntary right of return does not limit the statutory warranty rights.
