PURELEI Club Terms of Participation
1. Program and participation
PURELEI GmbH (hereinafter “PURELEI”) operates the membership program “PURELEI Club”. The PURELEI Club is available exclusively via the PURELEI app and is managed by PURELEI.
Any natural person who uses the PURELEI app, creates a PURELEI customer account and has signed up for the PURELEI Club (hereinafter: “member”) may participate in the PURELEI Club. Participation in the PURELEI Club is free of charge.
2. Benefits of the PURELEI Club
Members of the PURELEI Club receive access to special benefits and perks within the PURELEI app.
The benefits may include, in particular, exclusive products, priority access to sales promotions, special offers and other promotions.
In addition, members may – depending on their respective status or level in the PURELEI Club – receive a Club discount on selected products or orders. The details of the benefits and perks for members of the PURELEI Club are presented in the PURELEI app.
The specific scope of the benefits may vary. There is no entitlement to specific benefits.
3. Participation in the membership program
Participation in the PURELEI Club requires the use of the PURELEI app and a PURELEI customer account. Use of the PURELEI Club via other channels, in particular the PURELEI online shop, is excluded.
Membership in the PURELEI Club is personal and non-transferable.
Status progress in the PURELEI Club results from purchases in the PURELEI app.
The respective status or level in the PURELEI Club is determined by the status progress achieved. The following levels currently apply:
- Classic: reached immediately upon signing up for the PURELEI Club
- Plus: from a purchase value of at least €100 (incl. VAT)
- Premium: from a purchase value of at least €250 (incl. VAT)
- Ambassador: from a purchase value of at least €500 (incl. VAT)
Classification in a level is based on the purchases made by the member in the PURELEI app within a period of 12 months from signing up for the PURELEI Club that have not been canceled or returned.
After this period has expired, the status is reset and classification in a level is based on the purchases made in the respective new period.
Status progress based on purchases in the PURELEI app is credited to the customer account only after 14 days have elapsed from the respective date of purchase and is only relevant for the respective status or level in the PURELEI Club from that point in time.
This is subject to the condition that there has been no withdrawal from the underlying purchase contract and no full or partial return.
In the event of a full or partial return or any other reversal of the purchase contract, PURELEI reserves the right not to take the corresponding status progress into account, in whole or in part, or to correct it subsequently.
There is no entitlement to permanently retain a particular status once reached. In particular, PURELEI reserves the right to change the levels, their requirements and the assignment to a level with effect for the future after advance notice, while giving due consideration to the interests of the member.
4. Termination and ending of participation
Members can end their participation in the PURELEI Club at any time by deleting their customer account or deregistering from the PURELEI Club.
PURELEI may end the member's membership in the PURELEI Club at any time for good cause and block access, e.g., if the member violates these general terms of participation.
PURELEI is furthermore entitled to terminate membership in the PURELEI Club by ordinary notice without stating reasons, with a notice period of four weeks to the end of a calendar month.
5. Changes to the PURELEI Club / the terms of participation
PURELEI reserves the right to discontinue, supplement or modify the PURELEI Club subject to a reasonable notice period or, if there is good cause, also without observing such a notice period, while giving due consideration to the interests of the member.
PURELEI also reserves the right to change or supplement these terms of participation.
Changes will be displayed to the member in the app and the member will be asked to agree to the changes. PURELEI reserves the right to end the membership in accordance with point 4 should the member not agree to the amended version of the terms of participation.
