    Ich habe ein Kettenset und das passende Armband dazu bestellt. Es wurde versandt, leider blieb es am Zoll hängen: wegen gefährlicher Stoffe???? Was der oder die Zollbeamte hier als gefährlich eingestuft haben soll, ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich hab mich daraufhin beim Support gemeldet und Ramona hat sich gleich um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Als es 2-3 Tage später immer noch nicht ankam, hat sie mein Päkchen nochmal versendet. Dieses Mal kam es an. Bin voll happy! Vielen Dank Ramona, wenn alle UN solche Support Mitarbeiter hätten, dann würden sich viel weniger Kunden ärgern!
