We are celebrating our 8th birthday

PURELEI is proudly celebrating its 8th anniversary in August. We're going all out for this birthday because we're looking back on wonderful, exciting years full of growth and experiences. We're welcoming the future and the new chapter ahead.

LIVE ALOHA is at the heart of everything we do, and we celebrated this with the PURELEI Birthday Event. 300 people were invited, a vibrant mix of TEAM PURELEI, our partners, creators, and community members, who were welcomed at the beautiful Morrhof. PURELEI wanted to say a heartfelt Mahalo to everyone in the community for the past 8 years.

Guests arrived punctually at the party venue. The dress code for the evening: ‘Summer Garden Party’ in soft tones of beige, white, yellow, and olive – perfectly matched to the enchanting decoration of the location and the colors of the new PURELEI chapter, which you can already see on our new website.

As soon as you entered, you could grab a refreshing welcome drink and some finger food, accompanied by the gentle tunes of a live pianist, and dive into greetings with colleagues and friends while exploring the lovingly decorated venue by the PURELEI event team.

Various activities were offered throughout the evening on the expansive grounds. A special highlight was the Mahalo Wall, or Wall of Praise, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been with PURELEI over the past eight years. It was covered with Polaroid pictures of all the guests, attached to small boxes that contained personal thank-you messages – a moment for reflection and appreciation.

In keeping with the theme of giving thanks, each guest received a wonderful goodie bag full of surprises from our valued PURELEI partners. Further along the grounds, the PURELEI Styling Lounge awaited, a true oasis for jewelry lovers. Here, you could pick your new favorite piece from a variety of jewelry, lifestyle products, and PURELEI BEAUTY items. At the "Memories by Mahina" grab machine, skill and a bit of luck were needed to snag one of the coveted Mahina Club Editions.

There were more specials to discover. In the Creative Area, party guests were warmly welcomed by SNOCKS and Intimissimi, where they could try their hand at creative DIY projects – like decorating underwear with fun iron-on patches. For the brave, a tattoo artist was on-site, offering a lasting memory in the form of a tattoo to take home. Those who preferred temporary art could get a cool airbrush tattoo. And for anyone who wanted to take a break, physiotherapists were on hand to ease tense muscles with soothing massages.

The festive dinner offered a variety of delicious buffet options. At beautifully decorated tables, guests could spread out across the grounds and sit wherever they liked, sparking conversations with old friends or making new connections with other partygoers. Co-founder Alisa gave an inspiring welcome speech, reflecting on the past years and giving an exciting outlook on the upcoming chapter of the PURELEI story, while also thanking everyone present for their long-standing support. As a gesture of gratitude to her two co-founders, she presented Freddy and Etienne with two Leis, the famous Hawaiian flower garlands that also form part of the name PURELEI. In Hawaiian culture, a Lei is a significant symbol of appreciation, gratitude, and love, meant to be kept or returned to nature.

For those who wanted to see more after dinner, there was a special highlight to admire live and in color: the new PURELEI Advent Calendar 2024, with a sneak peek at each of the enchanting pieces of jewelry inside.

The PURELEI Birthday Party had even more to offer: The newest addition to the PURELEI family, the Fine Jewelry line, shone brightly. PURELEI Fine Jewelry is PURELEI’s first jewelry collection made from real silver, produced in Germany. In three showcases, guests could marvel at the sparkling pieces and get a preview of the collection.

Amidst good vibes, lively conversations, and delicious food, the evening flew by. In the PURELEI Club, guests danced late into the night to the beats of DJ Shari and Shermanology.

This PURELEI Birthday Party was a colorful mix of diverse activities, wonderful people, unforgettable encounters, delicious food, uplifting music, and plenty of ALOHA. A big Mahalo for the past 8 years to everyone who has been part of this journey, and to you too. We look forward to the new chapter of the PURELEI story with great anticipation.
