Delivery & Returns
The shipment will be made as soon as possible including an individual tracking link. You can trust that our hardworking Christmas elves will do their best to get your order on its way in a timely manner.
The Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. Returns are only possible within 14 days and if the calendar is completely intact. If this is not the case, we will return the calendar to the sender.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the color (Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold) after the fact.

This year for the first time with 25 doors instead of 24 - as Christmas is celebrated in Hawaii on 25 December, you can look forward to an additional piece of jewelery inspired by the five elements of Hawaii.

When will the Advent calendar be sent?
You can pre-order the Advent calendar in the pre-sale from 12 May 2024 (10:00 a.m.) for a short time. The official sale is expected to start on 1 September 2024.
When will the Advent calendar be sent out?
The shipping will take place from September including individual tracking link.
As the Advent calendar is packed externally by a partner for you, the delivery date may differ from our standard processing time.
We will inform you of an exact shipping date.An item is defective/wrong/missing, how do I proceed?

Can I return the advent calendar if I don't like it?
The Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. A return is only possible within the 14-day withdrawal period complete and intact.
What payment methods are available for the Advent calendar?
You have the option to purchase the Advent calendar using PayPal, credit card, and Klarna. Redeeming a voucher is also possible as a payment method. However, discount codes cannot be applied.
If you order your Advent calendar after 16.09, the regular 30-day deadline applies.
In which colors is the Advent calendar available?
The calendar is available in our usual colors of gold, rose gold and silver.
Is there also a mixed (color) calendar?
You asked, we listened: the PURELEI jewelery advent calendar with a mix of gold and silver is here - exclusively in the pre-sale. Which pieces of jewellery are gold and which are silver has already been determined and cannot be selected individually.
Are the jewelry pieces from the Advent calendar also available separately in the shop?
In our calendar are exclusively exclusive jewelry pieces that were designed specifically for this year's Advent calendar and can not be purchased in the store.
.Can the Advent calendar be personalized again?
No, the PURELEI Advent calendar 2024 cannot be personalized.
Are there benefits for Mahina Club subscribers?
Yes, Mahina Club members will be the first to receive their advent calendar when shipping begins.
In which outer packaging is the calendar sent? Are there neutral packages so that it is not immediately obvious that it is Purelei's AK?
Your advent calendar will be delivered directly to you in a PURELEI box. If you want it to be a surprise and don't want the recipient to know about it, it's best to have it sent to a Packstation (this option is only available in Germany) or to friends. You can also have your shipping service provider notify you directly when your parcel arrives. This way you can receive the calendar in person.
What will the 2024 calendar look like?
The layout is not yet final, as we are still working on the calendar to make it as beautiful as possible.
