You have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the Advent calendar, change the address or make adjustments. After this time, no more changes are possible.

The PURELEI Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. A return is only possible within 14 days of receipt, complete and intact. If this is not the case, we will send the calendar back to the person who sent it. The Advent calendar can only be returned if the seal is intact.
