The Mahina Club can be paid by Paypal and credit card .
Vouchers cannot be redeemed here. The monthly payment is always debited on the 2nd of each month.

Please note: :
If you want to change your payment method, you must first cancel your subscription. You can then take out a new subscription using your new payment method.

Your Mahina Club will be shipped to you approximately 3-7 days after your payment has been cleared. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively composed. Therefore, this is excluded from the exchange and return right..
This is also in our AGB's under §6 "Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer". Of course you can make use of your right of withdrawal after your first Mahina Club order and return the shipment within 14 days.
If your Mahina Club is defective, we would ask you to contact our customer service.

As part of our Flex subscription, we offer you the possibility to pause your subscription for one or more months.* Please note that this is only possible for the following month. To suspend your subscription, you must do so before the 28th of the current month. You can do this conveniently in your customer account. This will suspend the debit and the delivery for the next month. The continuation of the subscription will then take place in the month after next as usual.

It is important to note that when reactivating the subscription, the activation does not take place in the current month, but only on the 2nd of the next month.

**Please note that while your subscription is paused, you will not be able to receive any monthly benefits such as discounts, sweepstakes or Mahina Club pre-sale access.

Log in to your customer account and click on "Manage subscription". This will take you directly to your subscription and allow you to view the current status.

If you want to make changes to the color selection of your Flex subscription for the next month, you will have the opportunity to do this before the 28th of the current month. Please note that changing the color selection is only possible if the Mahina Club in your desired color is still in stock.

It is not possible to change the color for your term subscription (3, 6 and 12 months).

After you have received your first delivery and the cancellation period of 14 days has expired, it is not possible to cancel your subscription. In this case, you have the options to cancel or pause your subscription.

If you want to cancel your Mahina Club Flex subscription and no longer want any deliveries, you have to do this before the 28th of the current month for the following month. To do this, simply log in to your account on our website and cancel your subscription. This will stop future debits and deliveries from the next month. If you have a Mahina Club subscription with a fixed term, you have the option to cancel the subscription at any time during the term. The cancellation will then take effect after the expiration of the respective term.
